The first homes were built in Hutto Square in 2006 and the last not until 2020, giving the neighborhood a range of home styles, age and finish out. The newest homes have a more modern finish out withe grays and whites, luxury vinyl tile, Quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Homes that were built in the mid 2000s have wood cabinets, laminate counters and carpet. Of course there are some that have been updated, so you’ll find a whole range in between depending on what the home owner has decided to do. The older section has more mature landscaping as well as more HardiPlank versus the brick and stone in the newer section. Amenities include a community pool and playground, located in the original section. Hutto Middle School is also centrally located in Hutto Square, making it ideal for someone with middle school aged kids who doesn’t want to spend too much time commuting to school.
