Built exclusively by DR Horton Homes beginning in 2021 and was quickly completed in 2022 due to high demand. Homes were not custom built, rather they had custom packages with pre selected cabinets, flooring, colors, tile, etc. Packages included a more traditional leaning finish out with brown cabinets, granite counters and subway tiles and other packages included more modern leaning finish outs with shaker cabinets, luxury vinyl tile, accent tile and Quartz counters. Homes range in size from 1,465-2,320 sqft and lots range in size from 0.15-0.2 acres. There is an HOA, with $100 quarterly dues (as of 2022), but no amenities. If you’re looking for a newer home and don’t care about a pool or park and would rather have a more easily accessible neighborhood, Southgate is a great place to start your search.
