One of Jarrell’s newer communities, Rancho del Cielo’s first homes were completed in 2023 with building continuing today (March 2024). Built exclusively by Lennar, Rancho del Cielo homes have similar finish outs and floor plans. Most of them were built as inventory homes, so the builder selected the finishes and sold the homes completed rather than a buyer building from scratch. Some of the larger homes have garages while other (mostly smaller) homes do not, so you’ll only have driveway and street parking. Homes come with full sod and irrigation for easy maintenance. The neighborhood has a few pocket parks planned, but no community pool so it’s ideal for someone who doesn’t need traditional community amenities like a pool. If you’re looking for affordability and don’t want to be in a huge neighborhood with thousands of homes, Rancho del Cielo is a great place to start your search.
