At build out, the neighborhood will have around 1,500 homes, so it will be sizable. Builders include Brohn Homes, DR Horton Homes and Gehan Homes, so home buyers will have a range of floor plans and finish outs to choose from. You can expect to find shaker cabinets, wood tile floors, stone counters, decorative tile backsplashes and brushed nickel faucets. You’ll see a lot more grey and white color palettes versus the beiges and browns we saw ten years ago, giving homes a more modern look. Outside, most of the homes are brick and stone with composition shingle roofs, giving them a more traditional look, but they do have some accents to make the homes more architecturally appealing.
