Located on the north end of Leander off Ronald Reagan Blvd, Bluffview is one of the area’s newest subdivisions. Appropriately named Bluffview, the neighborhood sits atop on of the many bluffs in Leander, giving some of the homes beautiful views. Pulte Homes and Taylor Morrison Homes is currently building in Bluffview and offer home buyers options on 50, 60 and 70 ft home sites. Amenities include a community pool, kid’s playscape, sport court, miles of hike and bike trails and Fiber internet, which is something that has been hard to come by in this area of town until recently. Homes range in size from 1,674-5,000 sq ft, providing a number of options for home, no matter what their housing needs are. Inside you’ll see open floor plans, kitchens with large center islands that open to the family room, Quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, tall ceilings and some even have the more contemporary matte black door handles and faucets. Bluffview homes are definitely more forward looking than other new homes in the area, especially if you are liking the new styling trends we have seen in the past few years. Building began in 2021 and will likely sell out faster than anticipated with home buyer demand at an all time high.
