Built from 2014-2018 by Meritage Homes, Borho is a small neighborhood located off Sam Bass Road in eastern Leander. Borho homes sit on moderate sized lots of 1/5 acre, on average, which are larger than most of the newer homes built today. Borho homes are on the larger side with most of them between 3,000-4,000 sqft, and some as small as 2,334 sqft and some as large as 5,163 sqft. Outside, homes have a more traditional finish out with brick and stone facades and composition roofs. Inside, you can expect a more modern looking finish with whites and grey tones. You’ll also see two story living rooms, giving a more grand feel, granite counters, recessed lighting and open floor plans.
