Outside you can expect a lot of red brick, though you will see some stone and stucco accents on certain elevations. KB is known for its flat front design and though they don’t do that on every house, you will see many of them that are very boxy. Makes them easier to maintain, but less architecturally interesting. Inside you can expect kitchens that open to family rooms, but you typically will get some separation from the other living areas. We don’t see too many one room, truly open concept designs in Crystal Crossing. Residents enjoy access to a community park, walking trails, pavilion, playscape and on-site scenic pond.
