Crystal Falls is a highly sought-after master planned built on 5,000 acres of gorgeous Texas Hill Country. Development began in the late 1990s and the production style homes were completed in 2020. There are still a few lots in the luxury section available today (March 2025) but not many. The community is made up of seven neighborhoods: Grand Mesa, Cap Rock, Cap Rock Estates, The Highlands, The Fairways, The Bluffs and The Boulders. Each one of these neighborhoods are as diverse as they come. From acreage home sites to custom built homes overlooking the Golf Club at Crystal Falls, to small homes on manageable lots, each neighborhood has its own distinct look and amenities. Crystal Falls homes range in size from 1,215-8,829 square feet with an average size of 3,322 square feet. Lots range from 0.06-6.15 acres, with an average size of 0.662 acres and a median size of 0.281 acres. The range of lot sizes this great is uncommon for a master planned community as lots are more uniformly sized. But, Crystal Falls has some sections where lots are 1/2-1 acre, skewing the numbers.
