Devine Lake first broke ground in 2021 and building continues today (March 2025). The community is being developed exclusively by Lennar Homes. One of the things Lennar is known for is adding solar panels during the building process. In most neighborhoods it is an option for buyers to select. But, in Devine Lake, every home will have solar panels. Not only will you have a brand new home, you’ll also have the benefits of low electric bills. At build out, the neighborhood will have 332 home sites. Amenities will include a 45 acre park with fishing, a lake for kayaking, BBQ pits, playground, park and picnic areas. You’ll also find a pool with covered lounging areas, pavilion and paved trails for walking and bike riding. Homes are a mix of stone, stucco and brick so they provide some contrast and architectural style. The mix of building materials do make the homes look much more upscale than the single color brick exteriors we saw in the 1990s and early 2000s. Lennar has split the neighborhood into 3 collections. The Whitetail collection consists of 126 homes and is located at the south end of the neighborhood. There you’ll find their most affordable homes. The Highlands collection is in the interior lots of the north end of the subdivision and will have 155 homes at build out. The Brookstone collection is comprised of 51 homesites and will be the most expensive section where you’ll find the larger homes on the larger lots. Devine Lake is especially attractive for someone looking for a new home, wants solar panels and a prime Leander location.
