The homes reflect the variety in developers and are a mix of Texas Hill Country modern and traditional. Most have iron fences, stone facades and neutral paint. Three car garages are standard and you will even find some four car and even one seven car garage in Greatwood. Inside you can expect architectural details like curved entries, stone walls, butlers pantries, ceiling beams and large pantries. Kitchens open to the family room and have large center islands where most residents set up stools for additional seating. The older homes have more of a beige and brown color palette while the newer homes lean more towards grey and whites. You can expect to find a high level of finish out, with upgraded flooring, lighting and appliances in both the original homes and the newer homes. The vast majority are one story or story and a half plans, making Greatwood ideal for someone who doesn’t want to deal with stairs or who just prefers a one story home.
