Hawkes Landing is a newer Leander neighborhood with the first homes built in 2015 and build out occurring in 2022. Built by Gehan, Pacesetter and Highland Homes, Hawkes Landing has a variety of elevations and finish outs. Gehan Homes finished out the community and build the newest homes. Gehan Homes in in Hawkes Landing ranged from 1,848-4,130 sq ft. Three car garages are also an option on some lots. Inside, you can expect shaker cabinets, wood look tile, stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz counters and open floor plans. Within the boundaries of the neighborhood, there is only a neighborhood park. But, Devine Park, a 45 acre park with fishing lake is located just north of the community and a lot of home owners use that when they want to get outside.
