Lots range from 0.72-0.25 acres, with an average size of 0.161 acres, giving owners some space, but not overwhelming them with more yard to maintain. Hazlewood home owners will have to be members of the HOA and dues are approximately $50/month (as of March 2025). Outside you’ll find well kept homes and a lot of stone and brick and even some homes with both, which makes them more visually appealing and not the same as every other house on the block.
