Located just off Bagdad Road, Homestead is one of Leander’s newest communities. Building broke ground in 2020 and continues today (November 2022) by Gehan and Gray Point Homes (owned by Gehan). One and two story homes range in size from 1,610-3,050 sq ft with 2 car garages and you’ll find both single family homes as well as townhomes. Lots average around 0.15 acres, making them manageable for someone not looking to do a whole lot of yard maintenance while townhomes really provide an opportunity for minimal work. Community amenities include community park and pavilion and Benbrook Ranch Park and Devine Lake are close by for those looking for something a little more substantial. Inside you’ll find granite counters, custom tile backsplashes, covered back patios, full sprinkler and sod and spacious owner’s suites.
