Horizon Lake is a brand new (2022) neighborhood located off Old Hwy 183 just south of 2243. The neighborhood is unique in that it has a 25 acre recreational lake in the center of the community with a fishing pier and hike and bike trails surrounding it, making it a great place for someone who enjoys getting outside. Taylor Morrison and Pulte Homes will open up the community with plans ranging from 1,500-3,000 sq ft. Lot sizes will range from 45′-60′, so if you’re looking for something manageable to maintain, you can find it in Horizon Lake.
