There are one and two story floor plans to choose from and they range in size from 1,543-2,952 square feet, with a median size of 2,673 square feet. Lots are, on average, 0.155 acres, giving you some yard space without too much time needed for yard maintenance. Architecturally, you’ll find a mix of a traditional look and a more modern look with various color brick and stone exteriors and stucco accents. Inside, you’ll find functional kitchens with center islands, stone or granite counters, tile, white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The neighborhood does have an HOA and there is a park and playground for kids to get some energy out. The neighborhood is located at the end of 183 and San Gabriel Parkway, making it easy to get on 183, 183A or San Gabriel Parkway if you need to commute.
