The developer made a point to include as many greenbelt and cul-de-sac lots as possible, which is one of the reasons this neighborhood is so highly desirable for buyers looking for newer construction. The neighborhood is surrounded by open space, so even though home owners will walk into a brand new home with the highest level of finish out, they won’t feel like they are packed into a suburban community. Building in Reagan’s Overlook began in 2014 and the community was built out in 2021 and builders included Brohn, Century, Drees and Highland Homes. There are no sidewalks and trees are immature as most of them were planted when the homes were built. You will find some more mature trees in the greenbelt, but they are cedars and oaks, so they are not tall. The open spaces on each lot allows owners to create the space they want without having to worry about working around trees and landscaping.
