Savanna Ranch is a newer neighborhood in north Leander of 373 homes built from 2014-2016. Savanna Ranch was built by Ryland Homes, Gehan Homes and now Lennar Homes, who offers a totally different product from the existing builders. Homes range in size from 1,571-4,054 square feet, with the median size being 2,417 square feet. You can expect 3-6 bedrooms and 2-5 bathrooms, so no matter what the size of your family, you can find something suitable in Savanna Ranch. Outside you’ll see a lot of brick and stone with one being the main covering and the other the accent. Two story houses will have siding on the sides of the house on the second story. Many of the garages have accents, so you won’t see the standard, off white 2 car garage door on every house. The HOA maintains a community park and playground and dues are low at $210/year (as of November 2022). Only 1.5 minutes Leander’s light rail station, Savanna Ranch is ideal for a commuter who wants to take advantage of public transportation.
