Situated along the banks of the San Gabriel River in northern Leander, Valley Vista is an ideal choice for a buyer looking to be surrounded by nature. The community has incorporated open space and greenbelt space through the community to keep residents connected with nature. If you’re feeling more active, check out the hiking trails and parks in the public trail system built along the San Gabriel River that’s right next to the community. As Leander’s population explodes, Valley Vista is becoming more and more centrally located with the new H-E-B Plus! just minutes from the entrance to the community. Highway 29 also gives residents easy access to 35 and 183 or Ronald Reagan is ideal for someone who needs to get to Austin or MoPac. Valley Vista is built by Pacesetter Homes, Lennar Homes and GFO Homes, so buyers have a range of floor plans, finish outs and elevations to select. And, the variety keeps Valley Vista from looking cookie cutter. Most Valley Vista lots are small, with 30′-40′ widths, so they are ideal for someone who doesn’t want to do much yard work. On the flip side, there is a small section that has lots as big as 1/5-1/4 acre, so don’t rule it out if the small lots are not for you. Some of the homes have garages in the rear with alley access and some are the traditional front entrance. You can expect a lot of brick and stone exteriors with some siding and stucco accents. Valley Vista was built quickly with the first homes closing in 2018 and the last in 2021, so they are all fairly new. If you’re looking for newer construction but don’t need brand new, Valley Vista is a great place to start your search. Scroll Down to Read Our Valley Vista Neighborhood Guide.
