Westview Meadows was built between 2002-2010, so homes are new enough to have open concept layouts and updated kitchens and baths but old enough to have mature trees and landscaping. Westview Meadows was built exclusively by Centex Homes, so you’ll see a lot of the same floor plans and architectural styles. Inside, you can expect everything from homes in original condition to homes that have been completely remodeled. Homes range in size from 1,045-2,725 square feet with a median size of 1,670 square feet and 2-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Lots range from 0.121-0.693 cares, with a median size of 0.165 acres. Many of the homes are single story, but you will find some two stories as well. The neighborhood is well kept and does have an HOA with dues at $90/quarter as of November 2022.
