Built by DR Horton Homes from 2019-2021, Wildleaf is a hugely popular neighborhood located on the north end of Leander. Homes are more modern leaning, so you’ll find angled roofs, modern finish outs and modern paint colors. Inside you’ll find quartz counters, wood look floors, interesting cabinet knobs and open floorplans. Though homes are not large with most of them below 2,000 sqft, they are laid out well, so they don’t feel cramped. You can find a few that are around 2,500 sqft, but that’s rare. Lots are also very manageable, so you won’t need to spend a day a week on yard work. Residents also enjoy access to a community pool and kids’ playground, making it ideal for someone who wants the amenities of a large neighborhood, but doesn’t want to live in one.
