Developed by the same people who brought you Morningstar in Georgetown, Butler Farms is one of Liberty Hill’s most highly sought after master planned communities. The first homes closed in 2022, so Butler Farms is also one of the area’s newest communities. It has already grown quickly and is being built by Meritage Homes and Saratoga Homes. The resort style amenity center will be complete in 2023 and will include a pool with tanning shelf, covered pavilion, playground, lawn and sports area. Future plans are to include another amenity center and on-site elementary school. In the meantime, you can enjoy the stocked fishing pond with pier and miles of trails. The first round of homes will range from 3-4 bedrooms, 1,240-2,024 square feet and will sit on 40′-45′ lots, so you won’t have a ton of space to maintain. And, with a convenient location off Highway 29, residents can be on their commute in a matter of a few minutes. Butler Farms is ideal for someone looking for a master planned community in a highly rated school district, who doesn’t need a huge house or lot.
