Built in the 2000s, High River Ranch is one of Liberty Hill’s equestrian communities. Not only are horses allowed, but chickens were also recently approved as well. The majority of the custom built homes sit on 2-5 acre lots, giving your horse some space to move around without encroaching on your living space. Most of the homes are between 2,000-3,000sqft, so they are ample size without being too big. One thing to consider is this neighborhood is located west of 29 and is not super close to any major highway. So, if you want to get in and out of the neighborhood and be on your way quickly, High River Ranch is probably not for you.
