Located off Highway 1869 just outside of downtown Liberty Hill, Living Estates is the blending of country and city. Not so much when you get into the neighborhood, because you’ll feel like you’re far out in the country. But, you’re only a few minutes from downtown Liberty Hill, Highway 29 and city conveniences, making it a great choice for someone who seeks that blend. Living Estates lots are between 5 and 6 acres with homes that range from 1,755-4,194 square feet. The majority of them are around 2,200 square feet, so they’re ideal for someone who wants land but not a huge house to maintain. Driving through he neighborhood you’ll see there are no sidewalks and the land has some elevation changes to it. If you’re from a mountainous area, you will think it’s flat. However, for Liberty Hill, it would be considered hilly. There is no HOA in Living Estates, so you’ll see residents have outbuildings, barns, horses and use their properties as they see fit. Many of the homes have dirt or gravel driveways, keeping with the rural theme.
