First built in 2021, North Haven is one of Liberty Hill’s luxury communities. North Haven homes sit on acre lots and are 3,000-4,319 square feet, making them some of the larger homes in Liberty Hill. Builders include GFO Home and Hill Country Artisan Homes. Both are production style builders that bring the ease of building to the luxury market. Hill Country Artisan Homes is owned by the same company who owns Pacesetter Homes and GFO Homes was started by the man behind Gehan Homes to build a more custom product in the luxury market. The land that makes up North Haven does have some hill country vistas, giving the homes that sit on those pieces beautiful views. The neighborhood will not have any community maintained amenities, so you will see that reflected in your HOA dues at only $50/quarter (as of November 2022). You will find concrete driveways and landscaped yards, so the neighborhood will feel more like a community than a collection of homes. Inside you can expect a higher level of finish out with gas cooktop, built-in oven, home technology, open floor plans with high ceilings, granite counters, rear covered patio and wood burning fireplace with stone surround to ceiling with stone hearth and wood mantel. You don’t get too many builders adding a wood burning fireplace to their plans in 2022, so North Haven is a place where you can find that. And, with it’s convenient location off Highway 183, you’ll have an easy access point to start your commute. If you’re looking for an away from it all feel, but don’t want to give up a neighborhood feel or sacrifice location, North Haven is a great place to start your search.
