Northfork is one of the newest and most exciting neighborhoods in Liberty Hill, offering a combination of spacious lots, modern homes, and a peaceful lifestyle. A community of just over 40 homes built by Chesmar and Caledonia Homes in Liberty Hill, Northfork gives residents another option for newer construction on acreage lots. Homes range in size from 2,198-3,834 square feet (with the majority from 3,000+) and start in the high $600k’s. Lots are on the longer side, so you’ll have less space between your neighbors than you’d find in a neighborhood with more rectangularly shaped lots. A few back to the San Gabriel River, giving them pretty views when the water is flowing. There are two entrances to the neighborhood, one at McNaughton Drive off 183 and one off CR 257, which can be accessed from 183. The section of CR 257 is a little more private and less noisy as you are farther away from 183. But, if you’re looking for the quickest commute, chose the section off McNaughton Drive. Inside you can expect a more modern looking finish out with quartz counters, shaker cabinets and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Outside, you’ll see a lot of stone, stucco and high end siding giving them a more modern look without the angled roofs. Northfork is the ideal choice for you if you’re looking for a convenient spot to commute from and want a larger yard for your new home.
