A neighborhood of luxury homes in Liberty Hill built by Prince Development beginning in 2021, Oak Bend Estates homes sit on one acre lots on Tamara Lea Lane. Prince Development did something unique in that they put in pools for all of their new homes during construction, something we generally do not see and even more so post 2020 as the market took off. If you wanted new construction and a pool, you had to buy the house first and then get on a wait list to have a pool built. But, not if you buy in Oak Bend Estates. Homes range in size from 2,246-3,415 sqft and are finished out with high end materials. Each home has a different style, so you won’t get a cookie cutter version. You will see the newer grays and whites and blacks rather than the beige and brown and chrome scheme, giving it an even more upscale look. Floorplans are open in living areas, which is what most buyers are looking for today and you can find both one and two story options. A few of the homes have finished out casitas that are separate of the house, which is ideal for long term guests, a pool house or separate work or gym space.
