A medium sized neighborhood of nearly 50 homes built in the late 2000’s and early-mid 2010’s, Quarry Lake Estates sits at the interaction of CR 200 and CR 201 north of 29 in Liberty Hill. Many of the lots are covered with mature trees, providing privacy and shade. Homes are on the larger side, ranging from 2,164-3,838 square feet with both one and two story floorplans. Inside you’ll find the browns and beiges that were popular in the 2000s, though some have been updated to a more neutral grey and white tone, but not many. Builders included Giddens Homes, Juniper Custom Homes, Mercedes Homes and Woodridge Homes. The HOA maintains a park on Quarry Lake where residents can hike, picnic, fish or just sit and enjoy the lake.
