Thousand Oaks is a good sized community in Liberty Hill. Most of the homes were built in 2014 and 2015 but you do have a handful that were built before and after. Homes are all single story plans and sit on 0.8-1.8 acre lots. Floorplans are on the smaller side, with most homes ranging from 1,241-1,590 sqft leaving plenty of space for yard and creating distance between the homes. Thousand Oaks is also the most affordable acreage neighborhood in Liberty Hill, which is another big draw for someone who wants space, but doesn’t need a luxury home. And, because Thousand Oaks is located in Williamson County and Burnet County, residents can choose a home in Burnet County and have a reduced tax rate if the Liberty Hill ISD is not something they’d need to utilize. To get to Thousand Oaks, take 183 to 29 and head west. Make a left on Highway 1869. Make a right on CR 268. Make a right on Thousand Oaks Trail.
