We pulled sales data from July 2018 – July 2019 and listed the top 10 most expensive zip codes in Austin in terms of average price per square foot. We’ve also given you some additional pricing data and links to the most popular neighborhoods in each zip code to show you what it’s like to live in each zip code.

Homes are on the smaller side, but have tall ceilings and the high quality level finish out. Some of the older homes in better shape are remodeled and are very reminiscent of 78704 homes.
