Built by Mercedes Homes in the late 2000s, homes are about 30 years newer than surrounding homes. Inside, you can expect open floorplans, granite counters, stone fireplaces, game rooms and high ceilings. Outside, homes look more like what you’d find in a suburban neighborhood. Stone or brick facades, smaller lots and trees. Built on two streets, Enchanted Forest only has about fifty homes, so you won’t find a continual stream of inventory. If you’re looking for something newer near the Parmer Lane technology center, but don’t want to commute to the suburbs, Enchanted Forest is a great place to start your search.
