The Lakewood neighborhood is a desirable Northwest community located in the Austin Hill Country. The neighborhood sits next to another sought-after neighborhood in Jester Estates and surrounded by multiple parks and green space. Most of the homes in the community were built in the 70’s, but has it’s fair share of remodels and brand new custom homes throughout the community. You are also only 13 miles from Downtown Austin making it a convenient commute to any annual festivities or events in the city. Popular Bull Creek Park is located just across Hwy 360 from the Lakewood Neighborhood. Bull Creek is a 48 acre park with barbecue pits, basketball courts, a fishing pier and one of the most popular dog parks in Austin.

The Lakewood neighborhood is near several great restaurants. Within a 5 mile radius there are over 50 restaurants serving just about everything. Waterloo Icehouse is a casual restaurant with great food and the perfect place to relax with a drink and listen to live music. If you want Italian, look no further than Siena Ristorante Toccano. Siena combines authentic Tuscan cuisine with local and organic ingredients. County Line on the Lake is the perfect place to bring your out of town guests. The restaurant is inside an old lake lodge sitting on Lake Austin. Their large redwood deck is the perfect place eat great BBQ, enjoy a cocktail and take in the gorgeous lake views.
