With strict architectural controls, Vineyard Bay homes all look like luxury homes. But, because they are custom designed, you don’t feel like you are in a tract home community. Vineyard Bay homes range in size from 3,472-10,311 square feet, with a median size of 4,988 square feet and 3-6 bedrooms and 3-10 bathrooms. Lots range in size from 0.65-12.531 acres, with a median size of 1 acre. The first homes were built in the early 1980s and construction continued to 2019, though the majority of homes were complete by the mid-2000s. Inside you’ll find many different styles, but all of them have a luxury level of finish out to the owner’s taste. One of the main reasons residents choose Vineyard Bay homes because of the beautiful outdoor living spaces. Many have Lake Travis views and nearly all have outdoor kitchens and private pools, making it a great space to entertain or relax with the family.
