Located just east of 35 between Wells Branch Parkway and Pecan Street, Sarahs Creek is one of Pflugervile’s more conveniently located neighborhoods if you’re looking to have an easier commute or be closer to Austin. Homes were built by DR Horton from 1999-2003, so they really went up fast considering the market was not booming as much as we see today. But, with this location and the affordability back then, I’m sure they were very popular. Today the neighborhood looks different than it did when it was first constructed as the landscaping is more mature. Homes are mostly brick and stone facades with some siding to break up the architectural design. Inside, you’ll see some of the same floor plans you see in other DR Horton neighborhoods and interiors range from homes in original, early 2000s style to fully remodeled to a more contemporary style.
