Built in the mid-late 1970s, Spring Hill Village is one of Pflugerville’s more unique neighborhoods. Homes sit on spacious 0.45-0.9 acre lots, which are some of the biggest lots in the area. Homes are on the smaller side, with the majority ranging from 1,202-2,294 sqft with a few as big as 3,718 sqft, making it ideal for someone who is looking to maximize yard space but doesn’t need a huge house. Homes are also all one story, so if you’re not looking for stairs, Spring Hill Village is for you. Many of the lots have several mature trees and combined with the large lots, Spring Hill Village looks more park like. There is no HOA, so residents have a lot more freedom to use their properties as they see fit, rather than following a bunch of HOA rules.
