Verona is a newer Pflugerville community developed by Meritage Homes from 2016-2020. Meritage Homes are known for being incredibly energy efficient with spray-foam insulation, EnergyStar appliances and thermostats, solar panels and water saving faucets. So even though they are a few years old, they will still save you money on your utility bills. There were two sets of floor plans to choose from with homes ranging in size from 1,471-2,770 sq ft. Verona is located in one of the top sections of the Pflugerville ISD, making it a top choice for someone who needs goods schools. The tax rate is also on the lower side, especially when you compare tax rates to neighboring communities, which means even lower monthly payments.
