Located between Wells Branch Parkway and Pecan Street at Heatherwilde Blvd, Wells Point is one of Pflugerville’s more southern neighborhoods. Built in the mid 1980s to mid 1990s, Wells Point homes are on the smaller size with the smallest being just less than 1,000 sqft. The majority of homes are less than 2,400 sqft, though you do have one or two a tad bit bigger. Lots are also manageable at 0.15 acres, on average, making Wells Point ideal for someone who likes an established neighborhood but doesn’t want too much yard to maintain. There is no HOA in Wells Point, so residents looking for some freedom on how they use their properties will really love Wells Point. Trees are mature, which gives the neighborhood some character and homes are well kept for the most part, especially when you consider there is no HOA managing the aesthetics.
