One of Round Rock’s first Live Work Play communities, The Depot in Downtown Round Rock is set to check all the boxes. Construction will begin in Fall 2021 and these 80 townhomes will be located just a short walk from the newly revitalized downtown Round Rock with coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Townhomes will feature 12 foot ceilings, to give more of a loft feel rather than a condo feel. Plans will range from 2-4 bedrooms with 1,300-2,800 sq ft. The focus will be the living areas and master suites, creating a more luxurious setting for owner’s to enjoy. Gourmet kitchens with Bosch appliances and granite or marble eat-in islands will give you more entertaining options without having a bunch of furniture. If you’re looking for an urban, walkable setting with no maintenance, but don’t want to be in Austin, The Depot will be a great place to start your search.
