Forest Grove, sometimes called Freeman Park, is a newer community in Round Rock that was developed by KB Homes and David Weekley Homes from 2015-2019. Located adjacent to the Brushy Creek Regional Trail, residents will be able to hike and bike without getting in their cars. Forest Grove homes have oversized lots, at 110′ wide, which is more than double the size of most new construction today. Inside you’ll find a more modern style finish out with white and grey paint, painted cabinets, stone counters, wood floors, gourmet kitchens, stone fireplaces, open floor plans and spacious homes.
