Freeman Park, sometimes called Forest Grove, is one of Round Rock’s newer communities. Built by David Weekley and KB Homes, Freeman Park homes sit on larger than average lots ranging from 1/5-1/2 acre. The first homes were constructed in 2015 and build out finished in 2019, so you can expect more modern finish outs, open floorpans and high ceilings. Many of the lots are wooded, so even though the neighborhood is new, you don’t get that new neighborhood vibe when you’re there. Plus, you’ll have more privacy, so you can add that backyard oasis you’ve been wanting and not have to worry about your neighbor watching you. For added privacy, pick one of the lots on Freeman Park Place or Trailside Bend that back to greenbelt and Brushy Creek. If you’re looking for a large home, but don’t want to be right on top of your neighbor and still want a convenient Round Rock location just off 79, Freeman Park is a great place to start your search.
