Previous builders include M/I Homes, Sitterle Homes, Ashton Woods Homes, Lennar Homes and Trendmaker Homes. You can expect a more modern finish out and open floor plans. Many of the streets are cul-de-sacs, slowing traffic down and creating larger lots. Lot sizes range from 50′-80′ wide and 120′-130′ deep, so whether you’re looking for more or less space, you’ll have some options. And, there are also several greenbelts built around the neighborhood, so residents can enjoy nature either behind their homes or just a short walk away.
