Homestead at Old Settlers Park is a new neighborhood being developed by TriPointe Homes and Meritage Homes. The site work was complete in 2021 and you’re starting to see homes closing in 2022. Homes will range in size from 1,479-2,969 sq ft, so there will be a variety of plans and sizes for every stage of life. At buildout, there will be around 150 homes. 20 acres of amenities are expected in summer of 2022 and will include a splash pad, playground, infinity edge swimming pool, kiddie pool, grass fields, disc golf and hike/bike trails.
