Built by Centex and Main Street Homes in the mid to late 2000s, Pioneer Crossing is one of Round Rock’s value neighborhoods. Located just off 79 and Redbud Lane, residents who live in Pioneer Crossing have easy access to get anywhere they need to get around town. Homes range in size from 1,365-4,106sqft, so there is a home for someone in every stage of life. Inside you’ll find many of the homes have been updated so you won’t see your typical builder style finish outs. You will see many of the same floorplans, though, which makes it a little easier for a buyer looking for a home as they will be familiar with the layout and whether or not it will work for them. Lots are on the smaller size, at around 0.15 acres, so it’s perfect if you don’t want to do too much yard maintenance but still need some outside space. Many of the trees the builder planted are mature now, so it gives the neighborhood a much different feel than it had when it was first built.
