Salerno is KB Home’s newest community in Round Rock and their largest too. Located at the north end of Round Rock’s popular Siena neighborhood, Salerno’s 1,200 lots will be developed exclusively by KB Homes. Lots will be 45′-55′, so you won’t have too much space to maintain. Currently the plan is to have a community pool and park, which might get a little crowded should all 1,200 home owners decide to visit. There are 26 floor plans available, ranging from 1,360-3,475 sq ft, so no matter what stage in life you find yourself, you should find something that fits. As of August 2021, the models are being constructed, so it won’t be long before you see homes going up. And, with 1,200 lots, I wouldn’t expect them to sell out soon.
