Built to resemble California’s wine country, you’ll find rolling hills, mature landscaping, tall trees and newer homes with amenities today’s buyers want. Homes range in size from 1,426 – 4,918 sqft and lots range from 0.13-0.565 acres, with an average size of 0.19 acres. Homes are not right on top of each other and many of the homes back to either green belt or some open space where you don’t have neighbors right behind. Both the elementary and middle school is located within the neighborhood, making it ideal for someone who doesn’t want to travel too far to take the kids to school.
