Teravista is one of Round Rock’s most popular master planned communities. Most known for the Teravista Golf Club, an 18 hole links style, public course, residents also enjoy a community pool, sport courts, pavilion, playground and fitness center. Teravista began its construction back in 2002 and was built by some of Austin’s best builders including Mertage, Lennar, DR Horton, Wilshire, Village, Taylor Morrison, Standard Pacific, Ryland, Plantation, Partners in Building, Mercedes, Highland, Castle Rock, Centerra and Buffington. As you can imagine, with so many builders you’ll find any type of floor plan and size home you would need. Teravista Amenities
Teravista residents not only have access to all of the great amenities that are open year round, but also have a very active HOA that plans activities for its residents, including snow during the Winter. There are 3 community pools, several fishing ponds and parks, kids’ playgrounds and hike and bike trails to name a few. The Teravista Amenity Center, located adjacent the Teravista Golf Club, has a fitness center, pool, tennis courts, pooch parlor, basketball court and a fishing pond. The Retreat has a community pool, BBQ grill and fire pit. Wildflower Park, the newest of the community centers, has a pool, deck, fireplace, covered pavilion, indoor gathering space, fitness center, Wildflower Pond and an outdoor amphitheater. One of the neighborhood’s more unique neighborhoods includes a 150 year old Ranch House that is rentable for residents looking to throw a party. For those who like to golf, the Teravista Golf Club is a daily fee, public 18-hole golf course that gives discounts to residents and has a pro shop, cafe and Clubhouse.
