Built in the mid 2000s to the mid 2010s by DR Horton Homes, Turtle Creek Village is one of Round Rock’s more desirable neighborhoods. Most of the homes feature garages in the rear with alley access, with few streets having homes with the traditional front garage entrance. This alley access garage gives the neighborhood a much different look as you aren’t looking at everyone’s cars in front of their house. Instead, your eyes will focus on the mature trees and front porches. The HOA maintains a community pool and a rock garden park, one of Round Rock’s more unique community amenities. And, with an on-site elementary school, residents don’t have to go far to get their kids off to school in the mornings.
