Located in South Austin’s Zilker neighborhood, Barton Skyline is a small community of 10 garden homes built by Riverside Homes, a popular infill developer. The community broke ground in 2010 after being featured on the Today Show in November 2010 and had an article written in the Statesman in January 2011. At the time, it was one of the few new construction projects within walking distance to school and dining. Today, Barton Skyline remains highly desirable because it offers South Austin home buyers modern style homes, private yards and luxury finish out.
