Vistas of Austin is a new Southeast Austin neighborhood that broke ground in Summer of 2016 and building continues today (February 2022). Built by Pacesetter Homes originally and now Milestone Homes, this 158 acre community will have an amenity center with community pool and residents will have access to Rinard Creek, a tributary of Onion Creek that runs along the backside of the property. Instead of packing the community with as many homes as they could possibly fit, the developer decided to dedicate 50 of the 158 acres to greenbelt, giving owners some space to enjoy nature.
