Bridges at Bear Creek is a mid sized neighborhood located just south of Shady Hollow in Southwest Austin off Brodie Lane. There are three sections of Bridges at Bear Creek. The first is located on the east side of Brodie Lane and is where you’ll find your most affordable Bridges at Bear Creek home. The second is your estate sized lots, which are 1/2 acre to an acre and are located on the west side of Brodie Lane at the northernmost section of the neighborhood. The third and newest section is the Treehouse Section and is located west of Brodie Lane in the southernmost section of the neighborhood. The Treehouse Section is known for it’s mature trees that were preserved during the construction process. Though the neighborhood does have an HOA, it does not have a community park and pool like some of the adjacent neighborhoods.
