Golf Near Circle C Park Place
The Grey Rock Golf Course, formerly known as Circle C Golf Club and is known as one of the best public courses in Austin. Grey Rock is located off Highway 45 just south of Circle C Park Place and is the closest 18 hole golf course.
Walkability of Circle C Park Place
Circle C Park Place is one of the more walkable Circle C neighborhoods. Located just at the entrance to Circle C, just west of MoPac on Slaughter Lane and adjacent to Escarpment Village Circle C Park Place is the perfect neighborhood for someone who wants to live in Circle C but doesn’t want to give up the walkability of a more urban setting. Escarpment Village has several restaurants, an ice cream shop, Starbucks, banks and grocery store – virtually everything you need – and all within a quick walk from your home.
Grocery Shopping Near Circle C Park Place
The new HEB at Escarpment Village, which was built a few years ago, is quite a hit. Not only is it basically a stone’s throw from Circle C Park Place, but its also one of the best HEB’s in Southwest Austin. They carry a lot of the same stuff as HEB’s upper end store, Central Market so you can find just about everything there. For other groceries and big box retailers, head a few exits North to Brodie Lane where you’ll find literally every single major retailer in about a mile radius.
Things to Do Near Circle C Park Place
For something different, try Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. Its a great place to spend an afternoon. They also have different exhibits and events scheduled, so check their website for newest activities. If you’re in the mood for a little exercise, grab your roller blades or bike and head over to The Veloway. This 3 mile, paved road does not allow cars, so its a perfect place to bring the kids. You can also try the Circle C Swim Center if you’re looking to take a dip in the pool (included in your HOA dues).
Places to Eat Near Circle C Park Place
There are several restaurants and cuisines in Escarpment Village at Slaughter and Escarpment if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat during the week. Try Mangieri’s for pizza, Santa Rita for TexMex or Satellite Bar and Bistro for drinks and dinner. If you’re looking to get away from Circle C, try heading Downtown. Its only about 15 minutes away and there are tons of excellent restaurants on 4th and 5ht Streets.

The closest coffee to Circle C Park is the Starbucks in Escarpment Village at the corner of Escarpment and Slaughter Lane. If you’re willing to drive a few minutes for the best coffee of your life, try Summermoon on South 1st St in 78704. Trust me you will not regret it!
Where to Work Out – Gyms Near Circle C Park Place
Circle C has plenty of room to run or jog and you’ll often see your neighbors out in the mornings and afternoons doing just that. If you’re looking for a more traditional gym, check out Lifetime Fitness just a few miles north on MoPac or Gold’s Gym off William Cannon. Both are great facilities.
